The properties are as different as the towns. Alhaurín el Grande is famous for its rural properties: fincas, cortijos, country houses with land, and traditional townhouses within the village.

Alhaurín de la Torre primarily offers more modern properties, especially detached and semi-detached villas with private pools, located in sought-after residential urbanisations like Pinos de Alhaurín and Capellanía.
